Korakias retreat is set in 5000 sq. meters of organically managed land. The setting is without doubt one of the most beautiful on Lefkada, leading to a small beach in a sheltered bay, where you can moor your own hired boat on the private jetty. From the property there are breathtaking views across the sea to the tiny islands of Skorpios and Sparti, both formely owned by Onassis's granddaughter (and now by Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev), and to Meganisi, the island left behind by time. The accommodation at Korakias seaside retreat consists of 2 spacious apartments (85 sq. meters each) set in a villa, separated from the two other villas by gardens, patios, open areas and parking spaces. The villa has been positioned to take advantage of the magnificent views as well as to maximize the privacy of each apartment and is ideal for those who seek relaxation, tranquility and comfort. As well as being next to the sea, there is a swimming pool with a comfortable sunbathing deck. Depths of the pool range from 0.80 m to 1.80 m. Olive consists of the entire upper floor (85 sq.m.) of the villa on the left hand side (when looking towards the sea). It has a very large and airy living/dining room, with an open plan fitted kitchen (with full cooking facilities), furnished with a sofa, 2 easy chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. A double bedroom with French windows open onto a side balcony and a twin bedroom with private balcony to the other side, both with side sea views. Family bathroom with bath/shower. All the rooms have large wooden French windows as well as windows with double panes and screens. Throughout Olive the decor is mainly white. Two tents in the front and one in the master bedroom provides shade on the balcony and the patio furniture (a large extendable table with 6 comfortable chairs). All rooms have air conditioning. Olive, together with the other apartments, is sharing a tiled terrace surrounding the swimming pool for all the guest to use, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, 2 WCs and 1 shower.
