Charming house on the shores of Lake Geneva

Our house "Moulin de Corzent" is located 100m from the "Champ de l'eau" beach of Lake Geneva. (swimming/pedalboat-paddle-canoe rental/restaurant/refreshment bar) It has a large 500m2 garden with plenty of space to eat or rest. In winter, the first ski resorts are 25 minutes away. This house has the charm of the old with modern comfort. Vacationers appreciate its authenticity. The space Our house (110m2) is located 100m from the beach of "Champ de l'eau" on Lake Geneva. It has a large garden of 500m2, a barbecue, a ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided), a garden shed. The restaurant "Les pieds dans l'eau" is 50m away. The refreshment bar "La Godille", with small catering, is 200m away (summer season only) SUMMER You can enjoy Lake Geneva and the mountains. On the beach, you will find a rental of canoes, paddles, pedal boats, windsurfing boards 100m away. CHRISTMAS PERIOD - Come and enjoy the 2 magnificent Christmas markets of Thonon-Les-Bains (5 min by car) and Montreux in Switzerland (1 hour by car). - For a different atmosphere, come and stroll through the driftwood village: "the fabulous village of the Flottins" in Evian-Les-Bains (20 minutes by car); you will meet the flottins and flottines who will tell you their stories. The "Fabuleux Village" is an extraordinary cultural event that resolutely takes the opposite view of commercial Christmases. We enter a bubble of dreams and poetry where nothing is for sale, where everything is to be dreamed and imagined! WINTER You can go downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ski touring because the slopes are between 25 minutes and 50 minutes away by car. IN ALL SEASONS You can visit Evian-Les-Bains, Thonon-Les-Bains, Yvoire, Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Chamonix. DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE GROUND FLOOR - Entrance - Living room - Bedroom No. 3 in the attic with 2 90cm beds (possibility of bringing them together to make 1 180cm bed) - Garden view - Kitchen (dishwasher / induction hob / microwave / KRUPS Nespresso pod coffee maker / toaster / electric kettle) - bathroom (2 sinks, bathtub, shower) - Separate toilet 1st FLOOR Access by a spiral staircase (see photo) without banister. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility. For very tall people, you will have to watch your head at the top of the stairs - Bedroom No. 1 (1 bed 140cm) - Garden view - Bedroom No. 2 (2 beds 90cm) in the eaves - Lake view OUTDOOR - 500m2 garden - Ping-pong table (rackets and balls provided) - Barbecue - Garden sheds allowing you to eat outside in case of rain - 3 private parking spaces - Garden furniture - Stream ("Le Phamphiot") at the bottom of the garden with a small bridge to cross it. No protective barrier. Children will be under the responsibility of adults. MISCELLANEOUS - 3-star classification - Detached house: you will be the only occupants - Household linen is provided (sheets / 2 towels per person / 1 hand towel / 1 dish towel) - Sheets are provided: they will be placed on the beds. - Basic food products provided: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, herbal tea Have a nice holiday! Guest access You have access to a large private garden (500m2) and private parking (3 spaces) The house is entirely reserved for you. The first floor (rooms 1 and 2) is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note * Self-entry is possible but if I am available, I will be happy to welcome you personally. * The 100€ package includes final cleaning as well as sheets, towels and kitchen towels. So you don't have to pay extra for the rental of sheets and towels, unlike other ads. * Sheets are provided but beds will not be made upon arrival. The "sheet kit" will be placed on each bed.
