Our family-friendly apartment "Quartier 7° Ost" with its beautiful balcony will delight you! The Juist vacation apartment is spread over two floors and thus offers a very convenient layout. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, a storage room, two closets and a balcony. In the attic, another separate bedroom with four bunk beds awaits you. The exclusive apartment offers a high level of living comfort in many ways – such as free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and child-friendly furnishings. Modern furnishings, bright colors and large windows give it a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Your own beach chair is already waiting for you on the wonderful balcony! Reading a good book here in comfort or letting the sun warm you is pure relaxation. And the view also lets you experience unforgettable vacation moments: From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the North Sea all the way to the East Frisian coast. In "Quartier 7° Ost," the living space becomes an oasis of well-being! A large sectional sofa, underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, and wool blankets ensure plenty of coziness. A modern TV (Internet-enabled) and an Internet radio are also available. The living area is adjoined by an open fitted kitchen with a kitchen island. Its comfortable equipment (including an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker and kettle) allows you to conveniently prepare your own meals. A large dining table provides space for shared meals with the whole family. The separate master bedroom on the second floor is equipped with a double bed and a walk-in closet. In the separate bedroom in the attic, there are four bunk beds, which you can also easily combine to form double beds, as well as a mobile wardrobe. From the panoramic window in the pitched roof area, you can look directly out at Juist's magnificent dune landscape and the harbor. Two bathrooms guarantee you pleasant alternatives. The large bathroom has a shower and bathtub; underfloor heating and a heated towel rail provide added comfort. There is also a shower in the guest toilet. For our little guests, the "Quartier 7° Ost" apartment on Juist has additional amenities including a crib, high chair, children's stool, children's step stool and children's cutlery. Books and games for all ages as well as a handcart are also available. Feel free to use the washer-dryer for your laundry (for a small fee).
