Relax on the terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and enjoy amenities such as a sauna and pool table. Pets are welcome, and the idyllic garden invites you to spend time together outdoors. Enjoy an unforgettable stay! Other things to note A dream vacation on Rügen At the "Schäferhaus" in Mönchgut, your vacation will be a pleasure! Comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms covering approximately 115 m² and a natural outdoor area (plot approximately 490 m²) make the holiday home a wonderful place to feel good. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here! In the living area (ground floor), you will find a cozy and modern seating area that invites you to watch TV and listen to music. A fireplace (without a supply of firewood) provides cozy warmth on cooler days. The large dining table offers space for meals together or fun afternoons of games (some games are provided). Cooking together is especially fun on vacation! The fitted kitchen, which is open to the dining area, has, among other things, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster and kettle. From the dining area, you can step out onto the south-facing patio with a fantastic view of the Bay of Greifswald and the Zickersche Berge. Enjoy the sun and the fresh Baltic Sea air – a wonderful holiday feeling! The three bedrooms of the Rügen vacation home are on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. In two of the rooms, you can watch TV from bed. A bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower is available to you both on the ground floor and on the upper floor. For relaxing downtime, you will find a sauna (with coin-operated machine) in the basement, as well as a large games/fitness room with a pool table, foosball table, table tennis table, exercise bike, and elliptical trainer. Two cars can easily be parked on the property, and a barbecue fireplace is available for warm summer evenings. The initial security deposit of €200 will, of course, be refunded to you immediately after the final cleaning, provided that the cleaning service does not find any issues. Please note that it is expressly prohibited to charge electric cars using the apartment's electrical circuit. An internet camera in front of the house monitors the situation.
