Other things to note A Dream Vacation on Rügen At the “Schäferhaus” in Mönchgut, your vacation will be a real treat! Comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms covering approximately 115 m² (1,240 sq. ft.), and a natural outdoor area (property approximately 490 m²/5,270 sq. ft.) make this vacation home a wonderful place to feel at home. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here! In the living area (ground floor), you will find a cozy and modern sitting area that invites you to watch TV and listen to music. On cooler days, a fireplace (without a wood supply) provides cozy warmth. The large dining table offers space for shared meals or fun game afternoons (some games are provided). Cooking together is especially fun on vacation! The fitted kitchen, which is open to the dining area, also includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the dining area, you can access the south-facing terrace, which offers a fantastic view of the Greifswald Bodden and the Zickersche Berge. Enjoy the sun and the fresh Baltic Sea air – a wonderful vacation feeling! The three bedrooms of the Rügen vacation home are on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds. In two of the rooms, you can watch TV from the bed. A daylight-filled bathroom with a walk-in shower is available to you on both the ground floor and the upper floor. For moments of rest and relaxation, in the basement, you will find a sauna (with coin-operated machine) and a large games/fitness room with a pool table, foosball table, ping-pong table, exercise bike, and elliptical trainer. Two cars can be parked on the property without any problems, and a grill fireplace is available for warm summer evenings. The initial deposit of €200 will of course be refunded to you immediately after the final cleaning, provided that the cleaning service does not find any defects. Please note that it is expressly prohibited to charge electric vehicles using the apartment’s electrical circuit. An internet camera in front of the house monitors the situation.
