Bethany Cottage

The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are a short walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house. The house is in a quiet residential area of the town centre approached via a footpath some 200 yards from vehicular access, so no passing town traffic. The meaning of the name Bethany is 'House of Welcome' and we very much look forward to welcoming you. The space There is a spacious, light and airy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire. Dining area with extending dining table. There is a very well-equipped kitchen with door to a utility room leading to the rear courtyard. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a single bed. There is a bathroom with a modern white suite comprising a bath, separate walk in shower and W.C. On the second floor there is a further twin bedroom. Outside there is an enclosed south facing courtyard style patio with garden furniture. Other things to note Pets - 1 dog accepted at £30 each/week which is not included in the booking price.
