Amenities include cable television, CD stereo, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, and hair dryer. This condo is marsh view with gorgeous sunsets from the balcony/porch. It is just a short stroll across the street from the ocean. The Villa has an indoor pool, fitness room, game room, large outdoor pool with lazy river, and a small gift shop for snacks and souvenirs. Parking on site is available at no charge. One parking pass issued per room. Parking for boats, trailers, jet skis, or RV/motor homes is NOT permitted. No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $350 fine. Check-in: 4:00 PM ET. Check-out: 10:00 AM ET. Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization. For your convenience, and ease during the check-in process, we accept ONLY major credit cards for security deposits.
