The space ➤ Our 140m² architect's house is located in a residential area near Montpellier, quiet and facing the scrubland. It has three double bedrooms, and an office space with 2 additional beds. It can accommodate 8 people. Its design and functional layout offer you optimal comfort. ➤ The accommodation (air-conditioned) is ideal for a family with children, or a group of friends, who want to enjoy the comforts of our home. ➤ The three bedrooms have double beds, with quality bedding. The master suite is equipped with a 160cm bed, as well as a shower room and a dressing room. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 140cm raised beds, as well as a dressing room and plenty of storage. The office space connected to the living room has a sofa bed, to offer 2 additional beds (120cm). ➤ The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with induction hobs, pots, pans, crockery, oven, coffee machine... ➤ Our bathrooms are equipped with very comfortable showers (90x120cm and 90x140cm). ➤ Two independent toilets allow you more comfort. ➤ The outdoor area is accessible through large bay windows, and offers great services: a wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining area with a plancha, a pretty swimming pool (3 x 5.5 m), a play area on artificial grass and a very pleasant natural garden. ➤ Towels are at your disposal. We also provide all the linen. Please note that a washing machine is available in the garage. ➤ Wi-Fi is free and secure. You will be able to work from home with peace of mind if necessary. The accommodation has a dedicated workspace. ➤ The accommodation is entirely NON-SMOKING. Penalties may be applied if a smoke smell is present in the apartment when you leave. ➤ The cleanliness of the accommodation is one of our main requirements.
