The space ➤ Our 140 m² architect-designed house is located in a residential area close to Montpellier, quiet and facing the garrigue. It has three double bedrooms, and an office area with 2 extra beds. It can accommodate 8 people. Its design and functional layout offer you optimal comfort. ➤ The accommodation (air-conditioned) is ideal for a family with children, or a group of friends, who want to enjoy the comfort of our home. ➤ All three bedrooms have double beds, with quality bedding. The master suite is equipped with a 160 cm bed, as well as a bathroom and a dressing room. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm raised beds, as well as a dressing room and plenty of storage. The office area connected to the living room has a sofa bed, to offer 2 extra beds (120). ➤ The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with induction cooktop, pots, pans, dishes, oven, coffee machine... ➤ Our bathrooms are equipped with very comfortable showers (90 x 120 cm and 90 x 140 cm). ➤ Two independent toilets allow you more comfort. ➤ The outdoor space is accessible by large bay windows, and offers beautiful services: a wooden terrace with its outdoor furniture, a dining area with a plancha, a nice swimming pool (3 x 5.5 m), a games area on artificial lawn and a very pleasant natural garden. ➤ Towels are at your disposal. We also provide all linens. Please note that a washing machine is available in the garage. ➤ The Wi-Fi is free and secure. You will be able to telework with peace of mind if needed. The accommodation has a dedicated workspace. ➤ The property is entirely NON-SMOKING. Penalties may apply if a smell of smoke is present in the apartment upon your departure. ➤ The cleanliness of the accommodation is one of our top requirements.
