Resort style home in a newly established neighborhood in historic Waxhaw, NC. Located about 30 min from downtown Charlotte and just 2 hours from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Additionally, we are a day trip from Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, and other fantastic Atlantic coast beaches. It’s a newly build home on a 1 acre lot with space to give any family peace of mind. The backyard offers a beautifully landscaped, private pool area, huge deck with a gas grill and a gas fire table dining area and smart tv. Beyond that, is a large wooded area known as the “Kid Paradise”. It includes a long zip line, large trampoline, ninja course, hammocks, fire pit, trails for running and playing. The home is kid friendly with a large bonus room stocked with toys, books, games, and game consoles. Kayaks are available to bring and launch at nearby Cane Creek Park. Luxury kitchen with large double ovens, gas range and a large kitchen island and dinette area seating up to 11 people. Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and can host large family gatherings.
