The third house also has two floors and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor, while on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds. The villa has several terraces and a large area for sunbathing. There is also a covered barbecue area and wood oven, private parking, a tennis court and a large private pool.
