Another house has two floors and contains four double bedrooms. On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub, while on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with single beds, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The third house also has two floors and features on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub; on the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a bathtub, and a bedroom with two single beds. The villa has several terraces and a large sunbathing area. There is also a covered barbecue area with a wood-burning oven, private parking, a tennis court, and a large private pool.
