Step onto the covered front porch and through the door into a colorful kitchen filled with fetching features: stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and gorgeous wood floors. An impressive rock wall will have you dreaming of climbing mountains as you prepare a feast for your group in the open kitchen. Around the corner, true coziness awaits — cuddle up with a hot toddy or a locally crafted beer on the comfy sectional sofa, and when you're ready to entertain, amaze your loved ones with a movie on the big screen using the projector. An electric fireplace adds to the glow on cool evenings. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 8) Main-floor bedroom: queen-sized log bed Main-floor bunk room: twin over full-size bed Upstairs king loft: iron bed frame beneath handmade velvet curtains, with a sitting area and flat-screen TV Reading nook: couch that doubles as a sofa-sleeper The main floor has a full bath with a clawfoot tub, a stand-alone shower, and a granite-topped vanity, sitting right next to the two main-floor bedrooms. There is room for several cars along the driveway (up to 4 vehicles). Other things to note Occasional train and road noise is noticeable at times, given the cabin's proximity to the valley corridor. Most guests aren't bothered, but light sleepers may want to plan accordingly. Movie projector and screen serve as the main-level "TV." A Smart TV was added upstairs in 2022. Free WiFi via fiber.
