Our 4 bdrm/2 bath heritage home in the convenient Crescentwood area was lovingly restored with your comfort in mind. Crystal chandeliers, fancy linens, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite counters, A/C dishwasher. The basement has air hockey and lounge area, but you can do laundry down there too. Onsite parking for 3 trucks or 4 cars 🚗 🛻i The space We are practicing extreme safety measures now to protect our staff and guests at this location. All staff has trained under provincial safe space hygienic guidelines and are certified in hospitality industry cleaning protocols. The dining room is the star of the show with crystal chandelier, room to seat up to ten people for dinner. The main bedroom sports a 65 inch Smart TV and our usual high end linens. The second bedroom has a unique L shape with Queen sized main bed but also a bonus double bed tucked around the corner. Great for parents travelling with a child. There’s a bit of privacy, but they are still easy to reach. There is one more bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. It has a top end mattress and the same great linen. The third floor has a large bedroom taking up that whole level. It has a full closet, dresser, full length mirror and is perfect for the couple wanting to get away from the rest of the family with their own private space. The rear deck is a great place to catch some sun and read or cook up a few steaks on the BBQ. This is also the outdoor smoking area. 2STLGBQ+ friendly. Guest access Within the house you will find: 📌 Free parking - 24 hours for up to 3 vehicles. 📌 High thread count quality sheets, plenty of pillows (4 per bed). 📌 The duvets are soft and luxurious Hungarian goose down, but we are easily able to provide you with a feather-free alternative bedding option (with enough advance notice). 📌 5 TV’s which are 50” to 65” with local cable & Netflix, (Smart TV’s). 📌 board games and assorted books available if TV is not your thing. 📌 Comfortably sleeps 8 on the second floor in the two Queen beds and two double beds. The third floor attic sleeps two adults in a queen bed. The third floor bedroom takes up the whole third floor. All beds have brand new pillow top mattresses and top end linens. 📌 All of the beds counted are “real” beds not cots, pull out couches, futons, or air mattresses. (I personally would not want to sleep on something like that, so none of my guests will ever have to!) 📌 There is a main floor living room with TV and various throws are left around to curl up in. There is a lower level games room area with air hockey, big TV and a lounge area to keep you entertained. 📌 We provide a hair dryer and straightener in each of the two bathrooms and some basic toiletries. 📌 The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware as well as Cling wrap, Aluminum foil, cooking oil, etc. There are some plastic food storage containers with lids available. 📌 The rear yard has a deck with BBQ and patio furniture out during the summer season. The front yard is a nice place to sit in the morning to watch the sun come up in the East. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet centrally located and easily accessible to all of the major amenities in Winnipeg. Our goal from the start has been to become the recognized leader in quality for location, amenities and service for short term rentals in Winnipeg. We are (what we consider) “brand new” in this business (April 2018), but so far according to our clients reviews we have been hitting the mark every time! Other things to note The WiFi can readily accommodate remote work, including Teams, Zoom, etc calls. Also, if you have WiFi calling as part of your cell phone package, you can do cell calls via WiFi. ☎️ Something for you to be aware of at this property is the ceiling height is a bit lower in the basement (once you get past the laundry room area). We have positioned the air hockey table and X-Box games in such a way to ensure nobody stands underneath a low beam to play, but if you race over to “congratulate” your opponent or jump up triumphantly…please be cognizant of your height vs the ceiling height. 🥇 Please note that there are stairs in our house. Both to access the front and back door (about 6 stairs) and to get up to the bedrooms (it is a three level house).
