Fantastic Apartment in Fantastic Location

COVID Refund Policy: Should the resort close before your visit, due to government or local authority rules, then I will happily refund all your rental costs that I get. Bear in mind that VRBO charge me 8% per booking (taken from your rental cost) and also charge you around 11% which is sometimes described as services and charges. I do not see any of this so can't guarantee that it will be refunded. Located in the centre of La Tania, literally ten metres from the slopes (ski and ski out) and the run down to the La Tania gondola or the button lift. Two new beginner slopes / magic carpet lifts for 2022 season so ideal for new starters. La Tania is a relatively small resort but has all the facilities you will need and plenty of atmosphere for those that want it, and there is the regular ski bus to Courchevel 1650 and 1850. You can even end your day skiing in these two and get the bus back. The apartment: Large, comfortable lounge / kitchen / diner. Well equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob and microwave / grill, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, Large Dining table Sofa and chair, TV with range of channels. Large south facing balcony off lounge with fantastic views overlooking the village centre and up to the slopes. Perfect for an afternoon drink in the sun. Bed 1 has two single beds connected together to form a king - but can be split, storage under bed and chest of drawers plus bedside cabinets. There is a door from Bed 1 to the balcony. Beds 2 has bunk beds with under bed storage. There is extensive shelf and wardrobe storage throughout. Large main bathroom with bath with shower over, sink and toilet. Additional second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large entrance hall with ample coat hanging and storage cupboards. Ski locker on ground level with direct external access and 5 yards from slopes.. Underground parking space included We are happy for children to stay but no babies / toddlers. There is no high chair and we will not provide one. This is also a fourth floor apartment and whilst the balcony is secure I would not recommend for young children. All bedding, towels and other laundry included. Cleaning included. Laundry and cleaning are a fixed cost to me regardless of length of stay, hence the reason this is added separately and reflected in a lower nightly rate. This means I can accommodate short break requests without penalising standard 7 days stays. Security deposit required - £500 payable with the last rental payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your stay should everything be okay with the apartment.
