Also ask for our stove for the perfect holiday. The space The Villa: 250 meters from the most beautiful beach of Las Terrenas, Playa Las Ballenas, Flor De Coco is a villa on the ground floor. Caribbean style, it was built in 2020. The 300 m² of the villa are distributed between 5 bedrooms each with their bathroom and toilet area, a large living room with American kitchen and especially a large covered terrace of 80 sqm where life is organized along the 12-meter-long pool. The tropical garden allows everyone to rest in the sun or in the shade. A relaxing holiday: It's between this large covered terrace and the living room inside adjoining the equipped kitchen and its central island, that is organized by the life of the house. Friendliness on the rendezvous in the outdoor lounge where you will enjoy, for aperitivo, the many local or imported cocktails before going to the table. Featuring multiple ceiling fans it is also the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Pool: Central element of the villa, we wanted it long, 12 meters, to be able to swim at envy. Its automatic filtration is salt and is done by overflow. Its temperature rarely drops below 28, but it can climb up to 34 degrees Celsius in summer. A swimming pool attendant will come by on Tuesdays and Saturdays to maintain it. The 5 bedrooms: Flor De Coco is a full-floor villa with 5 bedrooms, two of which are located in a large independent bungalow. These 5 bedrooms each have their private bathroom with their toilet as well as a dressing room or storage closet. They are all air-conditioned and have a ceiling fan. The villa therefore has a capacity of 10 people. Les Salles de Bains: So that each guest can enjoy their independence and that everyone's privacy is respected, we have designed our 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom area. Featuring quality lighting and furniture, the ceiling fan adds extra comfort to the shower outlet. Stand-alone house: As in many Caribbean countries, power distribution network may experience outages. This small inconvenience that can become a big one if they last for several hours, does not exist at Flor De Coco. Our villa is actually equipped with solar panels and batteries that give it an electric autonomy of 8 days in case of interruption. A cooker at your service: And if for the perfect holiday you do not want to cook, our stove will take over by offering you typical local meals or international cuisine. We can also offer you the delivery of catering dishes upon request. For larger groups, it is possible to go from 10 to 18 people with the rental of our neighboring villa (depending on availability). Guest access All rooms of the villa, except the reserve, are accessible to our guests. Other things to note * Please note that, as is customary in the Dominican Republic, electricity consumption is not included and will be charged in addition to the stay.
