Only “shared space” is laundry room in basement. The space This private house has 3 separate rental apts (with private entrance for each unit) provides a quiet, safe haven for traveling nurses so consideration of neighbors’ privacy is vital. This main-floor unit is rented at a discounted rate since 2nd bedroom is locked (used for storage space by owner, but could be made accessible for long-term rental guest if willing to pay extra monthly fee). Guest access Entire rental apt (except for locked storage room) is private and not “shared” space; private front-door entrance leads to front driveway; and rear door leads to “shared” laundry room with free washer/dryer in basement (laundry detergent not provided). Other things to note We desire to provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for each of our guests; long-term guests in other unit of private house are traveling nurses who serve our community during various work shifts so consideration is requested, and NO smoking or loud parties, please.
