This is to prevent any unauthorized events/parties and to ensure we are a good fit for your reservation. ALL house rules are agreed by guest(s) at confirmed booking please read below all fees associated with violations of house rules. -ALL guest(s) who book with us agree to abide by ALL house rules and policies. You can request a copy of our house rules prior to booking to ensure you can follow all rules accordingly. Any and all rules that are violated during the stay will constitute up to a $850 fine at the discretion of the host. Any damages related to pets are subject to additional $100 fine whether that's cleaning or other damages. -We reserve the right to request a government issued identification card to verify the reserving guest is who they say they are -No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 8pm. -NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. -ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS unless written approval by the host or co-host. In the event of a party the reserving guest is legally liable for any and all damages that incur at such event in addition to fines up to $1000. -we pride ourselves on maintaining each property with care and hope each guest feels the same way to help maintain each property
