Quiet house in the countryside (no cleaning to be done)

Our 45 m² accommodation, very clean, air-conditioned, and quiet, is brand new and located on the first floor of an old building, where you enjoy complete privacy and independence. The interior is cocooning with exposed stones and wood: entrance, main room, small bedroom with queen size bed, overlooking bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden overlooking the fields. Free parking in front. Pets allowed. 20 min from Avignon, 10 min from Marcoule. Self check in and check out The space The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. High-speed WiFi. No cleaning to do for you and accommodation always very clean on your arrival. It is simple, warm and functional. The bedding is new and of good quality (mattresses, pillows renewed) because it is essential to sleep well. The upper floor, inaccessible, is not furnished and is unoccupied. The small inner courtyard (at the back) is reserved for you: a veranda closed by blackout curtains and two windows overlook this courtyard. Board games available. Guest access Completely autonomous access and on a different side of the property, compared to the owners. Privacy guaranteed. Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided. Please take care of it to avoid additional charges. We ask for quiet in the inner courtyard from 9:30 p.m., even if it is freely accessible. Non-smoking accommodation (but possible in the inner courtyard or field side) We welcome pets with pleasure. However, they are not allowed to sleep on beds and sofas. It's a good idea to provide them with a "bed".
