There is a half bath in the hallway across the garage hallway. Also, a guest suite is located on the same level. The Kitchen has GE Monogram appliances and is fully equipped for family cooking: rice-cooker, microwave, tea kettle, water heater, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, pots and frying pans. Landscaped courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture offers fresh air dining and lounging opportunities. Attached two-car garage has direct home access. It is good for midsize SUVs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse with a garage for two cars, outdoor furniture. Two small storage rooms rooms are used by the owner for their personal belongings. Other things to note CLEANING - Our experienced cleaning service providers dedicate at least 5 hours to the full sanitization of our home prior to check-in, ensuring a hygienic and spotless place for your visit. Because of recent COVID-19 developments, we have expanded upon our sanitizing procedure with CDC compliant methods, providing special attention to all frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, and by requiring special equipment for the cleaning staff. This is a minimum 30 days stay home with formal rental agreement. This is both self-check in and checked in by host property when host or co-host are available. The check in instructions will be sent to you through a messaging platform 24-48 hours before your check-in. Check Out by 11AM unless pre-arranged with our office. Cleaning crew will be showing up at 11AM sharp and knocking on the door. Thank you. Quiet hours after 10 pm. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! This is a quiet and private residential neighborhood. If we receive a call regarding after hours noise, loud music or disturbance on this booking, you may be asked to leave and have your reservation canceled without a refund. Los Angeles County Noise Control Ordinance defines “quiet hours” from 10PM to 7AM. No large gatherings are allowed anywhere in this booking - inside or outside. Only the number of guests included in the booking are allowed on the premises at all times! This is a no pet, no party and no smoking house. Extra cleaning and damage restoration fee will be applied if these rules are not followed.
