Garden City Cozy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Bear lake cozy cottage- Located just 4 miles South of Bear Lake Marina. It's located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community, just minutes from the heart of Garden City, and offers quick access to Pickleville Playhouse, & paved bike trails. It's 2 miles North of Epic Marina. Rendezvous Beach State park is just a 10 minute drive (south). Ideal Beach Resort is 1.3 miles away, a 3 minute drive. 2.7 miles from Garden City park, a 5 min drive The space Each room has a thermostat for heat control. We have an a/c unit in the living room/ dining area during the hottest time of late July/ August and all rooms have fans. With the windows open at night, there is generally a cool mountain breeze which keeps the cabin at a pleasant temperature during the summer. Close the windows during the day and open them at night, and you'll be comfortable. Guest access Walking distance to golf course & 1.2 mile walk to Ideal private beach. There is enough Parking for a boat and/or ATVs, but no camping trailers and/or tents are allowed. The driveway is gravel and has a slight slope. Parking for 3 vehicles. Other things to note Please book for correct number of total guests and be aware that max adult capacity is 6. 9 guests are permitted ONLY when 3 of the guests are under 4 years old. There is NO street parking allowed, absolutely NO parties, NO fireworks, Max vehicles allowed at property is 4. There is room to park your boat in the gravel driveway that has a slight incline.
