An Xbox gaming console with a selection of games is available for entertainment. Private driveway parking is available on-site. Some storage areas remain locked for housekeeping purposes. Other things to note Our standard house policy requires the primary guest to be at least 25 years old. This helps us maintain a quiet, family-friendly environment and comply with local regulations. That said, we understand every group is different — and we’re happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis. If your group is respectful, not planning gatherings or parties, and agrees to observe quiet hours after 10 PM, we may be able to make an exception.
