Front porch is very nice to see the mountains, during day and the night. Amazing location to get to Yellowstone, Helena and Bozeman in an hour. The Montana amenities are all around for playing in the outdoors. Trails very close, bars, fishing, animal viewing, hunting, and restaurants are walking distance. If you stay 7 days you will receive an automatic 15% discount. If you stay for 30 days you will get an additional 15% discount which is over $1100 discount for a month stay. You can park, snowmobiles, ATVs /four wheelers, side by sides and toys in the driveway. You can get on two new TVs with HULU and TV and finally got WI-FI for the home. There is a tenant downstairs, but is very quiet and just wanted to make sure all were aware. Key box out front and out back. I recommend you go to the back door first because of the location. Road to get out back can be icy in the winter and into the back driveway. Everything has been updated and all new in this home and this is why we do not allow any animals and a very large animal fee. No smoking in the place, please. On porch, there is two windows that open and convenient, if you are a smoker. Please, Do not smoke inside the home and let’s keep the place new for all that travelers. Brand new washer / dryer is available and you are welcome to use anytime. When you leave, please place keys in lock box and place trash by the outside back door. We don’t ask much other than please respect the old 1900s home and let it be available for many to enjoy.
