Shelly beach is just 50meters away or a 2 minute stroll. Bartlett or 'little beach' 5 minutes walk, Sharkies 10-15 minutes walk via the headland loop, and Rainbow patrolled beach 10-15 minutes walk. Or hop on a bike or in the car and you are there in no time. Or just simply relax on the verandah, in the garden or on the lounge. Dogs to be kept outdoors on verandah, in garden and down stairs in rumpus when you are out, at night pets can stay inside, just keep pets off beds and lounges please. Just chat to us about your needs. Please note the yard is not fully fenced and opens up to the road. The gate in the back garden enters onto the headland reserve which is easy for dogs to stroll around. Great hiking trails are accessible straight from the house to dog friendly beaches. OTHER We cater to families mostly. Property/neighbourhood not suitable to school, uni-groups, under 21 groups, bucks or hens parties, large adult male groups. Once the free cancellation period has elapsed we will apply more flexible rules if your cancellation is related government enforced COVID lockdowns and travel restrictions: 1. Change your booking free of charge to a future date. This is the preferred option. If the new dates are more expensive, you pay the difference between old and new rates OR 2. Cancel your booking whereby we apply more lenient cancellation rules. We generally charge 25% (instead of the typical 50%-100% loss of monies within 30-7 days prior to arrival) with a minimum of $200 to cover our costs plus any commissions that Airbnb still charges us.
