Ocean View With Balcony and Heated pool!

This super clean, cozy coastal oceanview studio is a sanctuary of warmth, comfort, and serenity. Located in The Ocean Jewels Resort, remodeled with a large TV with cable and streaming along with a private balcony to enjoy the ocean site and sounds. Wonderful heated pool and BBQ area are right on the beach! Gym on site. Good restaurants and things to do nearby and a convenience store across the street. Quiet area but not far from all the Daytona craziness! The space A comfortable bed is important when traveling and this one won't let you down with a pillowtop mattress, thick, soft mattress topper, luxury high count sheets and fluffy duvet. Once in, you won't want to get out! The sitting area has a queen pullout out sofa, with soft linens and thick mattress topper provided so extra guests sleep soundly. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, light adjusting mirror, and plenty of fluffy towels and upgraded amenities. Kitchenette boasts a full refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave, pans, dinnerware, ect and a Koerig coffee machine stocked with great coffee, tea, creamers, and raw suger. The new Ac blows ice cold air! Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves roll in, feeling the ocean breeze on your skin. What a way to start the day! Beach chairs and towels are provided when you are ready to hit the beach or the heated salt water pool. Charcoal grills and tables are located near the beach for your use. Rain? Not a problem! Cozy up in front of your large flat screen TV with streaming, cable and wifi or enjoy the provided board games, books, retro Nintendo system. Kitchen includes an induction stovetop, air fryer, toaster, blender, and Koerig coffee machine. Prefer not to cook? One of Daytonas' best restaurants, Adam's Egg, is right on the property open until 2pm for breakfast, lunch, or a drink. Of course, there is the gym for you die hards. Guest access all Other things to note This is a 336 sq ft unit, perfect for single, couple or couple with 1 child. with the pull out sofa, can sleep 4 but please be aware unit might feel a little crowded. *Please read check-in instructions as multiple buildings may be confusing. I've done my best to give detailed directions, but call if there is any problem. Your building is the one with the Ocean Jewels sign in front of it. **You should receive your door code the day of arrival, but if not, don't hesitate to call me. ***You need a key fob to access the private pool area, beach, and other areas, which you will find on the dresser. Please dont forget to leave it as there is a $100 fee from the HOA to replace. Obtain a parking pass from the manager if he is there when you check in, if not the next morning. ****Roku remote controls You can access cable TV and streaming channels using remote. ***** The induction stovetop has safety features to be aware of. You must have a pan on the burner for it to work and then push down on the knob and turn to unlock it. *****Contact in advance if crib is needed. Unit is privately owned, so any issues need to be addressed with me directly, although I try to ensure there won't be any! You can request an early one hour check-in or out late, which im happy to offer at no charge if I don't have other guests checking out or coming in. There is an additional $25 per hour for addt time after 1 hour.
