The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden of olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees, Fig trees, pear trees and many other trees. It offers spacious private parking and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining .The house can accommodate two (2) to 6 (six) people. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor, an internal staircase build from granite leads to the 1º first floor which has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. In one bathroom there is a Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have access to terraces overlooking the beautiful green Corfiot environment. The first floor with the bedrooms is totaling 100 sqm. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator) with comfortable dining kitchen and fireplace. Also on the ground floor there is another large dining room and a cozy lounge with fireplace and a working piano for the music lovers, there is also a bedroom and a wc. The ground floor is totaling 150 sqm. The visitors can feel comfortable to know that there is a person they can contact at any time. The house is a short distance from the village of Kato Korakiana, featuring coffee shops , small supermarket and family owned taverns. It is distant only 14 km. from Corfu town (a 20 minutes drive). The beaches of the east coast (Dasia - Ipsos-Mparmpati) is within walking distance (4-6 km.) And the West coast (Paleokastritsa) is only half an hour drive. Corfu is a beautiful island with friendly people. Hospitality is an important institution for us, and you will certainly see and feel that, during your stay in our Villa. Guest access There are no access restrictions on the areas of the Villa; we simply ask your attention to prevent damages. Other things to note If during your stay you wish a house cleaning other than the basics (change of clean linen and towels) please let us know and we will arrange it for a small additional cost.
