With a spacious enclosed back yard and a doggie door for your pet. It is well stocked and supplied with everything you need for a great getaway. Tv's in all bedrooms and living room. Keurig and Ninja coffee machine with coffee, teas, creamers and sugar. Quiet residential neighborhood that is 2 blocks from the family friendly park-Fitchner Mainwaring. The space Clean and airy 1170 sq ft home with woven bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer in the garage, 4 TVs with Spectrum cable (Living room TV-Samsung Smart TV) bedrooms have Roku or Xumo so you can sign in any of the to your streaming services) and a very well stocked kitchen (herbs, spices, oil) with a Keurig, Ninja coffeemaker and bean grinder (coffee, creamer and sugar included) make this a very comfortable place for your vacation. The bathroom hasn’t been fully updated yet is very clean and functional. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood that allows for easy walking access to downtown, the I-5 and a lovely park, 2 blocks away that has walking trails, water park, tennis, soccer, basketball and golf. Guest access Parking in the driveway. Key code is last 4 digits of your cell number. Guest are allowed to use the washer and dryer in the garage. Be aware that my housekeeper may enter the garage to access supplies and occasional use the washer/dryer. Normally from 11-1 (I will send you a message when she is entering the garage.
