The neighborhood features access to a 13’er and the closest trail is only 1.5 miles away; it’s an easy 1 1/2 miles and dog friendly. Fairplay and Alma are each just 10 minutes away with saloons, restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, winery, and shopping. Because Fairplay is very centrally located, it’s easy to launch to Buena Vista, Salida, Kenosha Pass, and multiple wilderness areas. After your Colorado adventures, cozy up with a hot cocoa in front of the wood burning fireplace. If it’s warm, relax on the large deck and watch the wildlife and the abundant stars.
