Well-appointed with cozy log furnishings, this condo has those Rocky Mountain feels you’re looking for. Step out onto the patio, and grab a glass of wine. Stick around for the sunset—you won’t want to miss it. When temps begin to drop, grab some free firewood and snuggle up around the beautiful wood-burning fireplace. In addition to these mountain cabin feels, you’ll also enjoy updated bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts a new range oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll have all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and dishes you need. Not into cooking on vacation? No problem! Downtown Crested Butte is host to your favorite restaurants (and shops!) and is less than a 10-minute drive down the mountain. Or pop over to the base area at the resort, less than a mile away. If driving in a snowstorm is not on your to-do list, simply call up the shuttle during ski season. It’s FREE with your stay! This local, on-call service runs 8am-midnight in winter. Call up the driver; they’ll pick you up right in front of your condo and take you directly to your destination—either at the resort or into downtown. Another quick call, and you’re back to your condo in no time. When it’s time to hit the slopes, you can walk to the end of the parking lot and ski down right to the West Wall Lift. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill! Mountain bike and hiking trails are right outside the building too! You’re never far from adventure when you stay here. And you’ll rest easy after a fun-filled day. With one Queen bed and two Full beds, everyone has a place to rest their head. Even the family dog! NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season! Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder. The International Building is entrance is on the third floor. There are two flights of stairs down to access I-104. There are two parking spaces available for guests. Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space. Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires. International Building Bedroom One: 1 Queen Bedroom Two: 2 Fulls 2 Bathrooms Sleeps up to 6 adults Full Kitchen 1180 Square Feet Dog Friendly Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog. Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo. Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning. On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. During the winter, enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub just down the hall. The sauna is open year round. Every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.
