If the number of occupants (adults + children) exceeds the maximum capacity allowed then the reservation will be canceled without refund. ** basic necessities are provided for your arrival (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, etc.). The tenant must plan for the remainder of the stay. ** Departures are before 10am. Where possible, we can allow checkout until 12pm.
