The nearby highways connect you directly to all four corners of the island—east, west, north, and south—making this the ideal starting point for all your adventures. Our property is a corner house perched at the top of the subdivision, offering views of Caguas. Come enjoy the fresh air, sunrises, and beautiful sunsets our pueblo has to offer! The space This private single level retreat is located entirely on the first floor, a complete 3-bedroom 1- bathroom home offers stair free living with a full kitchen, open living/dining room plus washer and dryer. Guest can enjoy ample parking with a one car garage and a spacious driveway for an additional vehicle. Max 2 vehicles per stay. Please note It is prohibited to park in any grassy areas. Important notice regarding property, access and noise: -The second floor of this property is a private, permanent resident, and it’s completely separate from the Airbnb rental. - There is No upstairs access: guest are strictly prohibited from going upstairs or entering the upper vicinity. -Quiet hours: quiet hours are enforced starting at 11 PM. For Your Safety and Comfort: Security Cameras: Please be advised that external security cameras are active outside the property to monitor the premises and ensure a safe environment. Puerto Rico is an island territory where infrastructure challenges can lead to power and water outages. These outages can affect the entire island, including our area, and can sometimes last for several consecutive days. To help us maintain a stable environment and keep your systems running perfectly, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following: -AC & Lights: To protect the home from local power fluctuations and ensure your appliances remain fully functional, please turn off the AC and all lights upon any departure, no matter how brief. Because these utility services are entirely out of our control, we are unable to offer refunds or alterations to bookings due to outages. We highly recommend that our guests do their due diligence by researching island conditions and purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect their trip. Guest access You will have access to the key via lock box. To check in, just grab the keys out of the lockbox by the front door. Step-by-Step 1. Find the lock box by the front door. 2. Type the code to open it. 3. Take the keys to go inside. Please do not forget to re-arrange the numbers on the lock box so that the code is not exposed to others. HOUSE RULES: -TURN OFF AC, FANS, AND LIGHTS BEFORE DEPARTING EACH DAY. To help us protect the home and preserve our delicate local power grid, we kindly ask that you turn off the AC, Fan, and all lights whenever you head out—regardless of how long you will be away. This prevents electrical surges during unexpected power fluctuations and helps us keep the island's infrastructure running smoothly for everyone. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. - NO PETS ALLOWED -To ensure a pristine, allergen-free environment for all, we maintain a strictly enforced 'No Pets' policy. While we deeply respect the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines for service animals, we unfortunately cannot make exceptions for animals on this property. Please be advised that bringing an animal inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee and the immediate termination of your reservation. -QUIET HOURS: quiet hours are enforced starting at 11 PM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after this time. Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting the privacy of long-term residence. -PLUMBING: For your safety and comfort during your stay, please be advised that Puerto Rico’s regional plumbing infrastructure is delicate. only toilet paper can be flushed. please refrain from flushing sanitary napkins, paper towels, wipes or any other trash down the toilet. Kindly utilize the waste bin for all sanitary napkins, paper towels, and personal hygiene products. Thank you so much for your partnership in caring for our home! -NO PARTIES-We maintain a quiet, peaceful environment out of respect for our neighbors and the community. No Parties Allowed. Large gatherings, parties, events, or commercial gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. -REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only the specific guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No outside or unregistered visitors are allowed without notice. - NO SMOKING INDOORS- We maintain a 100% smoke-free and vape-free environment to keep our home fresh and healthy for all guests. Smoking of any substance (tobacco, marijuana, or e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside. Please dispose of all cigarette butts safely and completely in the provided outdoor trash bins. Do not leave them on the ground. Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in an immediate $250 specialized deep-cleaning and air-remediation fee. -TRASH: To maintain a clean and pest-free environment, please manage your waste during and at the end of your stay. Please do not leave trash bags sitting outside on the porch or patio, as this attracts local wildlife. Upon departure, please tie up all garbage bags and place them inside the main outdoor bins located outside in front of the home. -LOCK ALL DOORS: To ensure your personal safety and the security of our home, please keep the property locked. Lock all exterior doors, close the carport gate and securely close all windows every time you leave the property, even for short trips. -MINIMUM AGE TO RENT: To ensure a responsible stay, we strictly enforce a minimum age requirement for all primary renters. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking. If needed, we reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID to verify your age and identity before check-in instructions are provided. The person who books the property must stay at the home for the entire duration of the reservation. You cannot book this home on behalf of minors and we do not allow any third party bookings. -CANCELLATIONS: please review cancellation policies prior to booking. Refunds do not include any service fees paid to Airbnb. Cancellation deadlines are based on Florida eastern time . -DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guest. -LINEN: If you could kindly leave used towels piled on the bathroom floor before you leave, it would help our cleaning team immensely!
