Other things to note House rules: -Quiet hours after 11 PM -no parties - NO Pets allowed - NO SMOKING INDOORS -please turn off all ACs, fans and lights upon leaving the home -please take all trash with you and place inside the receptacle on the front of the home upon departure -please do not flush wipes, paper towels or sanitary products down the toilet. only toilet paper can be flushed. -please ensure door is locked upon departure -no extra guest allowed to stay in the home that has not been included in the reservation -Minimum age to rent: 21 -please review cancellation policies prior to booking. Refunds do not include any service fees paid to Airbnb.
