In a cabin spirit, our wooden chalet offers comfort and modernity for a pleasant getaway for two or with family, 25 minutes from the Landes beaches. Ideally located, just 22 km from the beaches, this cottage allows you to discover the Landes coast, the Barthes de l'Adour, the green countryside as well as the nearby Basque Country and Spain. For a wellness and fitness break, you are also just 7 km from the Saubusse thermal baths and 19 km from the Dax thermal baths. The space The chalet can accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). It consists of: - a 35 m² ground floor with a main room (living room, dining area and kitchen), a bathroom with shower, sink and countertop, a separate toilet and a cellar - a 35 m² attic mezzanine with the master bedroom (1 double bed of 160 x 200 cm) and a children's bedroom (2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm) - a covered terrace of 10 m² with table, chairs, barbecue - a 45 m² garden. You will have at your disposal: DVD player, WII console with games, internet, microwave, normal coffee maker and Tassimo, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer.
