Magnificent Duplex Villa in the heart of Yaoundé

We are renting a magnificent two-story duplex villa of approximately 200 m² on a 400 m² wooded lot, guarded by a security guard day and night. A very high-end, luxurious home equipped with all necessary amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, and an indoor kitchen; 2 bathrooms with hot water; 2 living rooms and a dining room; air conditioning; a TV with internet connection; a water storage tank and generator..... Etc., etc. Located in a hamlet on the outskirts, very close to downtown, surrounded by lush greenery and mountain scenery—a peaceful and extremely secure setting.
