The space This is a newly constructed, completely private detached apartment suite. There are heated floors, modern kitchen and appliances, and a very clean and comfortable space! Here you're about as close to the 4 major ski resorts as you can be! If you want, you don't even have to rent a car! The bus stop is the one right before the park n' ride so you can avoid the crowds and get a seat! Guest access Here you'll have the place to yourself! Cottonwood Heights is the city that runs along the edge of the cottonwood canyons- home to 4 of the worlds best ski resorts! (Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton). It's close to freeway access, bus-stops for the canyon and fine dining all within walking distance! Other things to note I'm a single parent and my kids stay with me every other weekend. My yard has a trampoline and swing set (in the summer). You have your own parking area and there are convenient places to shop, dine and rent gear. Everything is SUPER close!
