Home is great for fishing (both ocean and bayside), snorkeling the waters and reefs, scuba diving, relaxing, restaurants and bars close by car or boat, sight seeing and so many other things to do. So bring your boat and if you don't have one, no worries. They have boat rentals near by. The canal is one of the deepest and nicest .You will love this home and neighborhood. Convenient and close to so many things. Black Water Sound is famous for the beautiful sunsets! You can easily view by boat or by car, you can sit and view it from land while enjoying a drink! We are located by Mile Marker 103, across from John Pennecamp, a beautiful state park with several amenities, (beach, marina, kayaking and much more). We are only able to rent a minimum of 28 days or longer. Still available for winter rental.
