The mobile home is located at the 3-star Les Dunes de Contis campground, in the heart of a pine forest, just 5 minutes from the Atlantic beaches of the Landes region (Contis Beach) and 15 minutes from Mimizan. The 40 m² air-conditioned mobile home can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of: - 1 master bedroom with storage, bathroom, toilet, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, storage, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains - 1 second bathroom - 1 second toilet with 1 washing machine - 1 living room with a sleeper sofa and TV - 1 fully equipped kitchen (gas oven + dishwasher + microwave + large fridge/freezer + toaster + coffee maker + electric kettle, etc.) - 1 large covered and enclosed patio with a garden table, chairs, 2 lounge chairs, a griddle, and a clothesline The campground features a water park with 2 heated pools, a wading pool, and water slides. Your family vacation will be packed with activities: swimming in the pool and at the beach, water sports, entertainment and evening shows, a playground, kids’ clubs, volleyball, tennis, pétanque, billiards, and archery. ... Near the campground: tree-top adventure courses, canoeing, fishing, an equestrian center, surf lessons, mini-golf, a visit to the Contis Lighthouse, hiking, and numerous markets.... The campground also has all the amenities you need to fully enjoy the great outdoors: a bar, a restaurant with takeout options, a grocery store, and a barbecue area. No need to bring your own bikes—the campground offers bike rentals on-site, and the bike path is right near the campground! Access to the village's amenities requires a FUN PASS, which is added to the rental fee. A property inspection and inventory check are conducted at the beginning and end of your stay. Weekly rates from Sunday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 AM. SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER: €400 per week. + tourist tax of €0.66/day/adult. Bedding is not provided. A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date, along with a security deposit check for theft/damage in the amount of 400€ and a cleaning deposit of 80€ (which will not be cashed); these deposits will be returned after an inspection of the property on the day of departure.
