The space Welcome to our spacious and cozy air-conditioned studio, perfect for a comfortable stay for couples or up to three people. Unwind on the bed (size=full) adorned with clean sheets, soft pillows, and a blackout curtain for uninterrupted rest. For additional sleeping arrangements, there's a futon that can be converted into a single bed. The bedroom area also features a convenient desk space, ideal for working or as additional counter space. The kitchen area includes a 4-top gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essentials you need, including cutlery, dishware, cookware, and more, making simple meals an easy experience. Refresh in your private bathroom, where towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided for your convenience. With a water heater provided, you can enjoy a hot shower anytime. You will also have access to a closet in your room for your wardrobe. Step out onto the veranda with plenty of sitting area overlooking the garden and pool. Whether you're basking in the sun or taking a refreshing dip, the garden and pool area is also ideal for enjoying the gentle breeze. Our residential property consists of a traditional Aruban house and three studios, providing a charming blend of comfort and authenticity. Your studio is nestled within our gated property for added security and peace of mind. Upon arrival, you will receive a key to access the electronic gate and conveniently park your car inside the property at the front. As your host, I am personally available from 7am to 5pm on weekdays to assist you with any questions or requests you may have. Outside of these hours, I can be reached easily through Airbnb or phone and am delighted to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and island. Guest access Guests have full access to the property, including the gated entrance, which can be operated with a key for the electronic gate. Self-check-in offers flexibility for your arrival. The pool and garden area are accessible throughout the day; however, please be aware that the pool lights turn off at 9pm. After this time, extra caution is advised when using these areas. Other things to note PROPERTY INFORMATION: -The property consists of the main house and three studios. -The garden and pool area are shared with all guests. - This studio has a large veranda that is shared with one other studio. - This studio is next to another studio. - Each studio has their own entry. - This is a residence family property, not a hotel or apartment complex. STUDIO INFORMATION: - The studio can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. - Designed with budget travelers in mind, offering necessary amenities such as an equipped kitchen and private bathroom. SERVICES & RENTALS: - Available for rent: snorkeling masks, ice coolers, floaties, picnic baskets. - Additional services (extra cost): early check-in, late check-out, extra cleaning. NOISE POSSIBILITY: - Please be aware of potential noise from laundry and gardening activities, primarily on weekends. - Two cute small Maltese dog named Mr. Pacino and Ms. Lucy resides on the property (occasionally, 2 weeks out of the year). - Kindly avoid excessive noise and drinking to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
