It is very bright because of its double exposure and gives you magnificent views of both the old port of Saint Raphael and the Fréjus Plage waterfront! The space Apartment with mezzanine on the 2nd floor without elevator access: * Ground floor: - 1st bedroom with 160*190 bed - living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, dining table, 1 sofa convertible into 1 bed 140*190. Very nice volumes (high ceiling) and exposed beams. - 1 bathroom - 1 separate toilet - 1 balcony with magnificent direct and panoramic seafront view * Mezzanine: 2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 90*190, which can be combined into a large bed of 180*190 and a teleworking area with a desk and very high-speed fiber internet via Wi-Fi. Equipment: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, classic oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, induction stove, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. Air conditioning and soundproof double glazing throughout the apartment. And in case of moderate heat or for people "allergic" to air conditioning, a large ceiling fan also effectively cools the atmosphere.
