Welcome! This cosy yet stylish apartment is on the ground floor of an 18th-century Fachwerkhaus that has been lovingly restored by our family over five generations. Centrally located with everything within walking distance, our heritage listed house is an urban oasis with green views and a garden for relaxation to enjoy the changing seasons. With high ceilings, natural light, and a thoughtful mix of mid-century and antique pieces, it’s a true home away from home—slow living at its finest. The space History meets modern comfort: - Spacious living and dining area with a large table seating up to 10 guests. - Bedroom features an oversized 220x160 cm bed and three windows overlooking a pedestrian zone. Bed linen is provided. - The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast table for 4. - The bathroom has a standing shower and all essentials: soft towels, shampoo, toiletries. - A double sofa bed and two separate desks/workstations comfortably accommodate up to four guests. - Barbecue and outdoor furniture are available for use from spring through to autumn. - A baby cot and equipment are available on request, making it ideal for families. Fresh food markets unfold Wednesday and Saturday mornings and are an absolute joy to visit. Guest access The entire apartment is for your private use. - Shared areas include the stairwell, the laundry facilities in the basement, as well as the outdoor spaces and garden. - Free Wi-Fi and selected streaming services are provided. - Check-in details will be sent shortly before your arrival. Other things to note As we are centrally located, parking in the city is limited and there is no on-site parking available. If you are arriving by car, please let us know and we will be happy to send recommendations for nearby parking options.
