LIVING ROOM Spacious living room with lounge area, dining area, TV corner and sliding doors to the terrace. INSIDE AVAILABLE: Individual air conditioning cold / hot in all rooms, two seater sofa with 4 armchairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen TV with many English and international channels. INTERNET: Free WiFi Internet via glass fibre. KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster. LAUNDRY ROOM Utility room with washing machine and dryer BEDROOMS Three bedrooms with ample wardrobes and air conditioning/heating. The master bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed, an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 190 which are together and can be separated if necessary and a sliding door to the terrace. The third bedroom has a sliding door to the terrace and two 90 x 200 single beds which can be put together or separated. A cot and high chair are available on request. BATHROOMS There are three bathrooms. The master bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. The second bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. The third bathroom has a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet. TERRACE Large partly covered terrace orientated on the south with sunscreens, terrace table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and 2 sun chairs. SWIMMING POOL Communal swimming pool with sun terrace and showers. Sunbeds can be taken from the house to the pool as long as they are taken back. The pool is normally open all year, however they may sometimes need to close the pool for maintanance. Due to the drought, all swimming pools on the Costa del Sol are closed from the end of 2023 to June 2024. From June to end September 2024, they are allowed to open. And after that, they have to shut again until further notice from the government. PARKING Communal parking area in front of the apartment. CAR To fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings we recommend you to rent a car, and but as there is a bus stop at just 200 meters you can also choose to use the public transport. PETS On request only.
