Alaska Nantucket House

The Alaska Nantucket House is a private retreat perched at the top of Knob Hill overlooking the downtown harbor in the heart of Historic Ketchikan. The house is only a three minute walk to the center of downtown, just a couple blocks away. Luxury and comfort await each guest. The space This 4 bedroom house is large with 2,000 sq ft of living space, the main living area has 2 bedrooms, a large modern kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a separate den/office. On the upper floor of the house is a beautiful master bedroom suite that we call the Penthouse. Each of the 4 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen size beds and 1 extra long twin bed. The Penthouse also has a queen size sofa bed as well as a small kitchen, a sitting area and a private bathroom. There are large glass doors in the penthouse that roll open to the balcony that overlooks the harbor. You can watch float planes, ferries, fishing vessels, cruise ships, and private yachts pass before your unobstructed view of the downtown harbor. There are 2 private decks and a balcony with amazing views of the Tongass Narrows and Deer Mountain. Guest access This property is a duplex with a smaller apartment on the lower floor that is occupied by a long term guest. This 2 story rental is completely separate and can be accessed by the middle level. The staircase is located on the corner of Cedar and Front Street. Other things to note Parking permits can be purchased at City Hall at the Customer Service desk, located on the first floor at City Hall.
