Welcome to our home located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the beautiful, historic town of Canon City. It is the hub for many adventures: the famous Royal gorge Bridge which s America's highest suspension bridge, dinosaurs, river rafting, wineries, parks, gambling 1 hr. away, skiing 1 1/2 hrs. away, Colorado Springs with all it's big city amenities is 1 hr. away or just relax and enjoy the deer in our yard, read a book in the sunroom or snuggle up enjoying the fireplace. NO smoking/pets. The space Our home is not wheel chair accessible. You will have to step up 2 easy steps to enter the property. Your access will be on the main ground floor. There is a basement that will be locked and not accessible to our guests. We DO NOT have central air conditioning. We do have a swamp cooler in the den which cools that room and the kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except the basement that is locked. You will have access to the garage. You will be the only guests. You will have access to the washing machine and dryer. Although I don't live close by, my property manager is next door and if something unexpected arises please call me and I will have someone there ASAP. Other things to note The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.
