The space Nestled in the heart of Jan Juc, this home is perfectly located to enjoy the best of the Surf Coast! This spacious getaway comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with the following bedding setup: 1 King bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed, 2 Singles, and a tri-bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) ideal for kids or groups. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed for ultimate comfort, while the other bedrooms provide versatile sleeping options to suit families or groups of friends. Inside, you'll find a spacious dining area, two cozy lounge rooms, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Step outside to a brand-new deck, BBQ, fire pit (with wood supplied), and a large yard—perfect for family cook-ups and soaking up the sunshine. The kids can enjoy running free in the yard, bouncing on the trampoline, and playing with books and toys, before a quick walk to the beach for a dip or surf session. Pets: There is a small gated area to the side of the property, please note the main yard is not fully pet-proof. Beaches: ● Jan Juc Beach – A spectacular beach! Good for surfers and beachgoers alike, all set against a picturesque backdrop of colourful beach cliffs. ● Torquay Surf Beach – a town fave, the soft waves, easy entry to the ocean and surfboard rental options within walking distance make the Torquay Surf Beach ideal for beginners. ● Point Addis - You'll find less crowds here, it's a quiet, long stretch of beach beautiful for relaxing, swimming and surfing. Things to do: ● Head out along the Surf Coast Walk - This world-class 44-kilometer multi-use trail starts right where the home is located and stretches along the coast to Aireys Inlet. If 44 kms is too far, common turnaround points are Bells Beach, Point Addis and Anglesea! ● Get on a surfboard - it's not a trip to Torquay without a surf lesson. Go Ride a Wave can cater to kids and adults alike. If it's just the board hire you need, they can sort you out too! ● Drive down the iconic Great Ocean Road - It's not a stay in Torquay without a drive down the iconic Great Ocean Road, turn around in Lorne, or head down to the 12 Apostles. ● Torquay Markets - Torquay has a vast plethora of Market choices.
