Located in the 25 Central Square building above Seaside’s Town Center, this stylish property boasts sensational views of both the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Seaside Amphitheater. Guests are welcome to enjoy the furnished shared courtyard area with with glimpses of the gulf from this floor. Upon entry, you are greeted by chic and sophisticated décor throughout the two bedroom penthouse. On the main level, you will find a spacious, open living area with a large, flat-screen Smart TV, comfortable seating for all, and a recently renovated fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, and additional bar seating for three along a gorgeous quartz counter. The gem of this floor is the covered outdoor balcony with adirondack bar seating for four overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater and to the right the gulf of Mexico with its stunning sunsets. This floor also features a guest hall bath for company. Just up the stair caseto the second level is a Queen Master bedroom with gulf views and a private master bathroom. This master suite features vaulted ceilings, plenty of custom built in storage, a vanity desk, and custom built in bay window area with stunning gulf views and views of the Seaside scene.
