The one-hectare lot is fenced with swing, hammock, swing. Part of the land is reserved for our friends the alpacas (adorable animals) that will delight young and old. The space 180m² house on an hectare of grounds. Comfortable. Wifi & Fiber internet. On the ground floor: - 1 entrance. 1 toilet. 1 laundry room (washing machine/dryer) for brushing your teeth. - 1 bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and desk with French door overlooking the garden. - The main room of 75 m² overlooks the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker 5 cookers and oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fryer, fridge xxl etc... The dining room can accommodate 12 people at the table. The living room area is cozy with fireplace, two sofas, sound system and video projector. Upstairs: - 1 bathroom (large shower). 1 toilet. - 1 master suite (180 x 200 bed) of 25 m² with private bathroom (corner bath). - 1 Bedroom of 12m² with 1 bed (140x190). - 1 duplex bedroom of 40m² with downstairs (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200) and upstairs (1 bed 140x200, 2 floor mattresses 90x200) with air yoga and extra desk. - 1 living room with TV: 1 bed 90x190, 1 bed 120x190 and 1 sofa 1 place. A guide recommends the good places of the area, small producers and the various activities and visits in the pleasant, cultural or refreshing area... Guest access The house is 1 hour from Paris, in a peaceful hamlet 2 km from the first shops. Guaranteed calm. Outdoor walk. By car: 75 km from Paris (A4 pte de Bercy) - Crécy-la-chapelle exit. By train: 2 km from the train station of Saint Siméon. 10 km from the train station of Coulommiers and 20 km from the Gare La Ferté under Jouarre (direct Gare de l 'Est 40 km) from the TGV station and the RER of Chessy/ Marne-la-Vallée Disney. Other things to note THE HOUSE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST A PLACE OF RELAXATION, RESTARTED AND INSPIRING. For short-term stays of 1 to 4 nights, I ask hosts to come with their towels. PARTIES and OTHER EVENTS (for more than 20 people) ARE NOT ALLOWED. It is strictly forbidden to put music and make noise in the garden and in the common courtyard beyond 22 hours. The neighbors are very tolerant, but the kindness and tranquility of the hamlet are important to respect throughout the year, day and night. From 10pm, if you close the windows and doors, I agree that you continue to put music inside, but only using the sound system of the house without putting it fully. If you bring back a powerful sound system, it will not be possible to use it even if the windows and doors are closed. It is also forbidden to park more than 6 cars in the hamlet. And to make noise at night in the common courtyard and on the way to the hamlet. Again, respect for the neighborhood and places are essential. WINTER / HEATING PERIOD The main room is wood heated, the rest of the house is heated with electrical heaters. Warm slippers and clothing should be provided for children and chilly people in the winter. IN the KITCHEN You can use all utensils, dishes and cooking robots...and use foodstuffs, but before you leave, in case of breakage or if you have fully consumed them, I ask you to let me know or replace them with their equivalent (if possible of the same brand). The use of musical instruments, hammock, swing, swings, air yoga and slide must be under parental control for minors. It is forbidden to be more than four on the trampoline. In the event of an accident, we will not be able to bear the responsibility under any circumstances. Pets are allowed, however, I absolutely ask their owner to treat them (anti-chip, etc.) before their arrival. The restoration of the house and exteriors must be done before your departure. Empty the fridge of perishable foodstuffs. Take out garbage and place glass bottles in the village containers. All linens you have used (sheets, towels, tablecloth) are at drop off at the laundry room. Garbage collection (gray) takes place on Mondays and yellow on Thursdays.
