Beautifully styled and furnished, this handsome property will instantly welcome you as you walk through the front door into the entrance hall. Leading to the dining area with seating for ten guests around a bespoke solid wood table, and magnificent kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, as well as modern Neff appliances state of the art integrated ventilation hob, wine cooler, ice drawer, Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine... the list goes on. This well-equipped kitchen truly is a dream when it comes to cooking up a feast with friends. The main hall on the ground floor leads you past the smaller of the two sitting rooms; a perfect snug ideal for keeping children entertained with the Smart television or board games. Carry on through to the front of Manor House and be led into the fabulous games room featuring a snooker table - bound to bring the competitiveness out in everyone. Finally enter into the contemporary and stylish drawing room with a cosy wood burning stove, a piano for budding musicians, ample sumptuous seating and, of course, a 50 inch Smart television for movie night fans. Take the grand staircase to the first floor landing where five beautifully decorated bedrooms overlook the private gardens. The master bedroom is home to a two-seater sofa, a super-king size Wheatcroft bed, a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and free-standing bath. Two further light and airy bedrooms hosts twin single beds, whilst the remaining two bedrooms provide a king-size bed and another super-king size bed. The latter two bedrooms are served by a modern family sized bathroom with walk-in double shower, deep bath, and vanity unit. The beautiful grounds that wrap around Manor House will provide you with as much outdoor space as you need. Garden games have been provided for you to use at your leisure, and there is a trampoline, plus secure bike storage. Enjoy the comfortable rattan garden furniture to the side of the property, as something delicious sizzles pn the barbecue on a balmy summer evening. Should guests wish to independently hire a hot tub during their stay, the garden is more than suitable and the owners can provide an electric point. Manor House is situated in the village of Beeford, Yorkshire's East Riding District and close to Skipsea, a pretty village on the north sea coast, with golden sands that have long been popular with tourists, and also retaining the 'Quality Coast Away from it All' award. First Floor: Master bedroom With a 6' super-king size bed and large two seater sofa. Dressing room With built-in wardrobes and a dressing table. En-suite bathroom With a walk-in shower, free-standing bath, vanity unit, wash basin and WC. Bedroom two With a 6' super-king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Bedroom three With a king-size bed and bedside cabinets. Bedroom four With twin 3' single beds, two bedside cabinets, hanging and storage space, chair and chest of drawers. Bedroom five With twin 3' single beds, two bedside cabinets, hanging and storage space, chair and chest of drawers. Family bathroom With a large bath, walk-in shower, vanity unit, wash basin and WC. Outside: Extensive landscaped garden around the property featuring a barbecue and patio seating area with rattan table and chairs with seating for ten guests.
