Step inside to a gorgeous open-plan layout that ensures everyone stays connected. Dual Living Areas: The home features two separate seating areas with TVs. The front space is perfect for kids to hook up their gaming system or watch a movie, while the adjacent seating area offers a spot for the adults to enjoy a different show or simply relax and converse, all while remaining part of the action. Gourmet Kitchen: The recently renovated, fully stocked kitchen is the heart of the home. Featuring new appliances and cabinetry, the beautiful island is ideal for food prep or gathering for a glass of wine and conversation with the cook. We provide a regular coffee maker to start your mornings right! A large dining table easily seats eight for family meals. 🛌 Private Sleeping Arrangements The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for comfort and privacy: Primary Suite: A tranquil king bedroom with beautiful backyard views, located on one side of the house for separation. It includes a huge attached private bathroom. Secondary Bedrooms: On the opposite side of the house, three additional bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. Two rooms feature Queen beds. One room is perfect for the kids with a twin bunkbed and a single twin bed. 💧 Relaxation & Fun in the Sun Step out into your private backyard oasis, complete with beautiful views of the pool and spa! This is where the magic happens for a relaxing family break. Pool and Spa: Kids will love the refreshing pool, and adults will enjoy soaking in the spa (note: it is a soaker spa without jets). Chaise lounges and chairs surround the pool for soaking up the sun and reading a book. Evening Ambiance: In the evenings, gather on the comfortable patio furniture and light the fire pit for a warm, relaxing atmosphere under the stars. Heating Option: For cooler months, the pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee of $55 per day. Please note: Due to energy consumption, heating must be ordered for the entire duration of your stay, and the pool and spa are heated as a single unit. Pet Policy: no pets allowed.
