CHECK-IN/OUT We try to be as flexible as possible with guests preferred arrival and departure times. If we do not have another booking, then you may arrive and depart at your leisure. When we have bookings where the preferred arrival and departure times overlap, the earliest check-in would be 3:30 pm and the latest check-out 10:30 am. BREAKFAST This accommodation is offered on a room-only basis. There are 14 breakfast spots to choose from within a 5-minute walk and a further 12 within a 10-minute walk. LAUNDRY Washing and drying can be arranged for a small fee. PATIO & PARKING Secure parking in a gated courtyard. We have a patio area which is also used for parking. If you are bringing a car it is free but we just would like to advise that it does encroach on the patio area although there is still space to sit and enjoy a drink in the sunshine. SMOKING You are welcome to have a cigarette on the patio.
