Separate toilet. First floor: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed. Bathroom + separate WC. Second floor: Bedroom 3: 1 double bed. Relaxation/reading area on mezzanine. Wi-Fi, insert fireplace. Childcare equipment (upon request). Bike storage room. 1 small pet accepted. Electric heating included within the limit of 200 kW/week.
