Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. This is a self-contained one bedroom apartment that is 1/2 of a duplex. (side by side) The space Guests have full access to this one-bedroom apartment. The unit has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway in addition to closet space in the bedroom. A brand-new workstation/desk/work area just added into the bedroom, so you have a dedicated workspace! A guest laundry is available in the adjacent garage to guests who stay more than 5 days. IT IS NOT FREE. This is Florida and we do have bugs that live here. We have monthly service that keeps them in check but occasionally some may get inside. It does not mean the unit is dirty, it just means that they find a way in, and we try our best to keep them outside. Guest access The whole apartment.
