Sleeping — 4 cozy bedrooms (including a master suite) + a comfortable futon in the game room for a 4th bedroom sleeping spot. Kitchen — Fully equipped for cooking & baking, with a coffee station offering complimentary coffee, decaf, and tea. Enjoy the eat-in kitchen! Bathrooms — 2 full bathrooms and 2 showers. Game Room — Family fun central with DVDs, board games, PS2 for the kids, a desk for working remotely, and the futon for extra guests. Outdoor Living — Covered deck with tables, chairs, propane BBQ (we supply the propane), and a fire pit (bring your own wood for s'mores!). Huge field for cornhole, outdoor games, deer watching, birdwatching (hummingbirds at our feeders), or stargazing. Parking & Grounds — Long driveway with plenty of parking. Please don't park on the grass (well water system). Keep food/garbage inside—no wild animals! We hope you love the peaceful setup and create great memories! Other things to note House Rules & Fees We live here too, so please be respectful and help keep our home clean and tidy—thank you! Cleaning Fee — Applies only if the place is left dirty (extra cleaning required). Sorry the cleaning company will charge us extra and unfortunately we would have to past the cost on to you. Check-Out — Standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out after 11:00 AM incurs a fee; after noon, a full extra night rate applies (to allow time for cleaning and sanitizing). If we can accommodate a later check-out (or earlier check-in), we'll happily do so—just ask! We appreciate you treating our home with care. Enjoy your stay! 🔥 Wood-Burning Stove Safety – Must Read 🔥 Conserve Water we have a water shortage upstate Please be mindful that we have a water shortage we have a well and is running low due to lack of rain. So it’s very important for us to conserve water only use water as needed. Do not run water for long periods of time. Only flush the toilet bowl if necessary. No baths no laundry at this time. Showers must be under 10 minutes and one shower at a time. After each shower you must wait 30 minutes after each shower sorry for the inconvenience. Alexander Please follow these rules carefully: Use only store-purchased dry wood or a starter log. Do NOT use wet wood, wood from outside, plastics, rubber, or garbage. 1–2 pieces of wood max at a time. You may use newspaper to start the fire. Open a window when lighting the fire for the first time. Keep the damper open (left side) to let smoke exit the home. Use gloves — extremely hot! Keep children away. Never leave the fire unattended or while sleeping. Do NOT use water to put out the fire — it can damage the stove and home.
