The quietly situated NONNA farm includes a 420 sqm house with eight bedrooms and a large seminar room. On the ground floor you will find the heart of NONNA: the cosy kitchen-living room with fireplace, where you can cook, eat and relax together. The 20.600sqm large natural property with many fruit trees invites you to stay and discover. Forest, fields & lake are in the immediate neighbourhood, the beach "Stettiner Haff" can be reached in 25min. Fast Wifi is available for home office The space NONNA invites you to relax and feel good. It is a place of community, here you can simply be, cook and eat together, light the fireplace and simply enjoy time in nature. The old farmhouse has been renovated with love, it is simply and comfortably furnished with many natural materials, it offers enough retreats to enjoy silence or a good book. Altogether up to 20 people can be accommodated on the NONNA farm distributed in eight bedrooms. On the upper floor of the house there are five bedrooms, (2x double room, 1x double room, 1x room with three beds, 1x room with four beds) and two bathrooms with shower as well as the large seminar / yoga room which can be used in various ways. Another highlight is the sauna, which is located in the barn, from here you have a beautiful view. There are three further bedrooms on the ground floor (1x twin room, 2x rooms with double beds and a further bed in the conservatory) and there are 3 more bathrooms downstairs (3 toilets, 1 shower, 1 bathtub). The open living area on the ground floor connects the kitchen and the cosy get-together. The kitchen with gas stove is very well equipped and the fireplace is the heart of the house, especially in the winter months. If required, a desk can be set up for home office or the seminar room could be used for common work. The internet connection is very good and stable. On the extensive natural property of 20.600 square meters with many fruit trees and berry bushes, you can simply enjoy nature, relax and discover or light the fire bowl in the evening. Compost, solar and photovoltaic systems and a fully biological sewage treatment plant are used on the property for sustainability. We ask for a sustainable use of the resources on the farm. The vegetable garden and the own cultivation are still in planning. A visit to the neighbor is highly recommended. On the own small farm there are sheep, goose, rabbits, bees, chickens and much more to discover. In addition, you can buy fresh eggs, honey and, if required, meat (goose, lamb etc.) from their own breeding. A special recommendation for the Christmas season. Guest access Guests have basically access to all areas of the house, except for one small room of the house which is marked with "private".
