Sunset Haven is a legal short term rental that is registered with the county, with this comes a few rules each guests needs to abide by to ensure we are able to continue with Short term renting -10 PM is quiet time outdoors- this included no loud music, yelling, screaming -No extra guests are allowed on the property or in the house who are not included on the reservation details, - No parties or events are permitted, -No excessive drinking or drug use, -Guests are using the pond for swimming or skating at their own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.
